During Regular Business Hours - We would appreciate a notification call, but we understand that may not be available depending on the nature of your emergency. Please bring you pet in and a technician or doctor will triage your pet, and begin immediate care
After Hours - You have some options on after hours care, based on your determination:
Dr Purser usually answer's his cell phone until 9pm and can answer some questions and help with minor emergencies. Please call our office for his number.
We are now open 7 days a week, except the first Sunday of each month and Major holidays. If you do not feel your pet has a life treating emergency, you can wait and call our office during regular business hours.
If your pet has what you believe may be a life treating emergency such as major trauma (hit by car, fall from 2nd story, etc) or a critical medical condition (rapidly distending abdomen, pale gums, trouble breathing, etc) Take your pet immediately to the local Animal Emergency Clinic.
